Alan & Jade got married at the stunning George In Rye on a crisp winters day in December. This was a beautifully decorated Christmas themed wedding, with Christmas tree's, garland decorated candelabras, crackers and snow flakes stationary. Rye is such a pretty, quaint place and honestly you could photograph here for hours. It may have been a bit chilly but it din't stop us from getting some beautiful photos!

This was our first wedding in the beautiful medieval town of Rye. A place we know very well as we often visit here during the summer for their antique shops and high street so we were very excited to have the chance to photograph in and around the cobbled streets of Rye for todays wedding of Gary & Carly. The George in Rye is a fantastic venue! The Ballroom is amazing and its was walking distance to the ceremony venue, The Town Hall.
This was an intimate ceremony, with the Town Crier doing his thing to announce their wedding before escorting them back down the street. Such a crowd pleaser for the locals who love to stop and watch. Rye is actually one of the most perfect places to photograph a wedding, from the high street to the churches and beautiful buildings, cobbled streets to the castle and fort. Endless photo opportunities! We love it here! |
