So we were finally getting the chance to photograph at Kent Life in Sandling. This was one we had been looking forward to for a while as its a quirky, rustic venue. Kent Life is an outdoor heritage museum & farm venue, with a restored village hall, chapel & function room, perfect for a wedding.
And this was definitely always going to be a fun filled wedding!
The day started at Graeme & Helens home, where Helen was getting ready. Bad timing meant that our bride had got Laryngitis just before the big day so had no voice but she wasn't going to let that stop her having an awesome wedding day! Plus we got to meet Bob, Graeme's much loved ginger cat! Bob is epic!
The venue is very unique, how many wedding venues escort you up the hill to Ulcombe Village Hall by tractor! Graeme & Helen are such characters too, always laughing & you could see how much they loved each other during the ceremony. Makes it a very easy job to capture some natural and sometimes just crazy shots.
But what's not to love about a venue that brings out sheep and goats for the kids to pet, various animals dotted around the farm and so many photo opportunities such as a vine yard, a red telephone box and the old Chapel.
This wedding was definitely a fun filled party with lots of fun & crazy guests, the main reason they booked us as they wanted photos of everyone enjoying themselves, oh and throwing shapes on the dance floor later haha. And Graeme even got up with the band and sang to everyone! What an epic wedding this was!
