TONY & PAULINE
HOLY TRINITY CHURCH & BLEAK HOUSE
It was a small wedding of around 20 guests of family and friends. Pauline was looking forward to seeing her families faces as she don't normally wear dresses so to get married in a church in a white wedding dress was very important to her and she wanted me to capture this.
The ceremony was really heartfelt, they spent most of it glancing across at each other with big smiles on their faces. During the signing of the register, Tony and Pauline were both dancing along to the music playing in the background which had all the guests giggling.
Afterwards we took a stroll just a few minutes along the seafront to Bleak House, a Grade 2 listed mansion and the former home of Charles Dickens. This was the location of their wedding breakfast and reception where the family and friends were to enjoy an evening meal. I also managed to take advantage of the beautiful building and gardens for some group photos and comedy pictures which Tony and Pauline were looking forward to. The photos definitely portrayed their humour and personality and I had a wonderful day photographing their wedding.
